You’re food was insanely delicious! Thank you so so much for making our wedding night perfect! From the initial contact through to eating everything it’s been bliss! Steve, you made it so easy for us but also very tricky because everything on the menu sounds too good! The salmon, lamb and chicken were perfect and everyone raved about the grazing table too! Apparently the best pate ever!The share style food came out exactly as I’d envisioned it and tasted better then I could imagine. Even the cake slices you cut up for us were perfect!Thank you again!

We used Samphire Catering for a recent work function and they truly impressed us. The communication before the event was perfect. Phone conversations were friendly, understanding and accommodating to our particular needs. Delivery and set up on the day could not be faulted, punctual and professional. Most importantly the food was scrumptious. Everybody was over the moon with our choice of caterers. Well done and thanks form the team Mannys Musical Instruments, Perth.

Steve and Jane at Samphire Catering catered our wedding reception and did a wonderful job from start to finish. The food was great, wait staff professional and we received many compliments from the guests on the canapés that were served.We had originally approached five catering services and found that Jane was the only one who took the time to talk to me about our wedding and determine what we needed, for how long etc. This meant we had an accurate quote, minimal back and forth on fine details and most of all a smooth wedding reception!Thanks again for a great job
