My husband and I have engaged the services of Raquel and the Team on two occasions now and we cannot fault their professionalism or the quality of their menu. Our most recent event was for my Husband's 60th Birthday where we hosted 70 people. Enrico, Maria Alejandra and Jorge did a fabulous job preparing and serving 3 types of Tapas, followed by chicken/chorizo and seafood paella, and finally churro's with chocolate sauce. The food was amazing and the service exceptional.To top it all off they cleaned up and popped all the leftovers in containers for us to enjoy the next day. We definitely recommend Paella Fusion for any private or corporate event. Great work, thanks team!!

My wife organised Paella Fusion for my 40th birthday party at our home and everything was exceptional! Raquel & Jason are lovely, professional and relaxed, the tapas & paella were so delicious, our guests kept commenting on it all evening and many took details for their own parties. We highly recommend for any function!

If you are looking to create a great atmosphere at your event, then you can't go past Paella Fusion. Jason and Raquel are warm, welcoming and true professionals. The delicious smells whilst watching the paella cooking in the huge pans makes my mouth water just thinking about it. The food was wonderful. Raquel catered for 110 people at our farewell party in the small country town of Koojan, 1.5 hours from Perth. She was so helpful and friendly from the moment we booked. Raquel arrived with everything she needed and cooked up a storm (the smells were to die for). The tapas were delicious and just what I imagined. Everybody raved about the cheese and mushroom croquettes! Then the masterpiece was ready- half and half chicken and chorizo/seafood paella. Our guests were so impressed, many asking who and where to find this caterer for their next event. Thank you so much Raquel, you helped make our party a night to remember and we are so grateful you fit us in.

We had the opportunity to have a mixed Paella (with chicken and seafood) from Paella Fusion and we were very delighted with it. It was visually appealing and the stock used in the Paella was the real thing and infused the dish making it very tasty with enhanced flavours. There was an assortment of chicken, clams, mussels, prawns and Chorizo which was a taste sensation! It was so good to have a genuine Paella and we look forward to another occasion that we can have Paella Fusion to cater for us. Highly recommended.

We had paella fusion cook at our wedding reception. The food was amazing and the service was lovely.The paella was a hit with all the guests, including the children! More then enough food to go round and their was plenty of left overs.Highly recommend!
